At HomeCEC, we aim to make your shopping experience smooth and secure. Therefore, to provide flexibility, we accept payments through Shop Pay and Google Pay (GPay). Please review our payment guidelines below for a seamless checkout process.

Accepted Payment Methods

We currently support two payment methods for fast and secure transactions:

  • Shop Pay: A quick and convenient payment option that securely stores your payment and shipping information for faster checkouts. Shop Pay also allows installment payments on eligible orders.
  • Google Pay (GPay): An easy, secure way to pay using your Google account on any device, allowing you to complete purchases with just a tap.

Payment Process

Step-by-Step Checkout Process:

  1. Add To Cart: Once you have selected the items, click "Add to Cart."
  2. Proceed To Checkout: When you’re ready to complete your purchase, click "Checkout" to be redirected to the payment options.
  3. Select Payment Method: Choose between Shop Pay or Google Pay (GPay) for a secure transaction.
  4. Complete Payment: Follow the instructions provided by the selected payment gateway to finalize your purchase. Both methods support instant payment, ensuring your order is processed as soon as possible.

Security and Data Privacy

Shop Pay and Google Pay are both highly secure payment methods that encrypt your payment information, ensuring that your data remains private and protected.

We do not store or have access to your payment information directly, as it is managed securely by the payment gateways.

Transaction Confirmation

After completing the payment, you will receive an order confirmation email with your transaction details and order summary. Please check your spam or promotions folder if you do not see it in your inbox.

Ensure that the email and contact information you provide are correct to avoid any delays in receiving your confirmation.

Payment Issues

If you encounter any issues during payment:

  • For Shop Pay: Please ensure that your card details are up to date, and if the issue persists, check with your bank. Alternatively, you can contact Shop Pay’s support for further assistance.
  • For Google Pay (GPay): Ensure that you are logged into your Google account and have the necessary payment method linked. For additional support, you can reach out to Google Pay’s customer service.

Refunds and Cancellations

Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method. Please note that the refund timeframe may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

If you need to cancel an order, please contact our customer support within 2 hours of purchase to request a cancellation. We will do our best to assist, though cancellations may not be possible once the order has been processed.
