  • Phone Accessories: Items such as cases, chargers, and screen protectors must be unused and in original packaging.
  • Electronics: Items like headphones, power banks, and other electronics must be returned with all accessories and manuals included.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable due to health, safety, or other considerations:

  • Opened or used computer components and internal parts (e.g., CPUs, GPUs, hard drives) cannot be returned.
  • Software or digital products (including items that come with one-time use codes).
  • Personal items such as earphones or in-ear devices that have been unsealed.
  • Items damaged due to misuse, modification, or improper installation are not eligible for return.

Exchanges
